9.1 Crowd sale summary

1xBinary token sale will be carried out in two preliminary stages and one main stage.

▸ 1xBinary Token Pre-Sale (11.11.22 - 12.12.22)

▸ 1xBinary Token Sale (2023) During the preliminary round of 1xBinary tokens sale, the tokens will not be transferred to the buyers.

According to the SAFT agreement, the tokens will be transferred to the contributors later, after they are generated and registered. During the main round of 1xBinary token sale in 2018, the 1xBinary tokens will be issued and transferred to the buyers directly at the time of purchase or immediately after the end of the round, depending on the chosen model of the round.

Important! The preliminary rounds of the 1xBinary token sale will be open only to qualified investors with who passed the KYC/AML procedure.

In case part of the 1xBinary tokens is not sold during one of the rounds, they will remain at the company’s disposal
