9.3 1xBinary token sale (2023)

As the main token of the system has some features of a security, it is required to register it with the regulators of the securities market, in order to sale this token to investors (as well as for the transfer of tokens sold under the SAFT agreement during the presale rounds).

For this reason, the main round of the 1xBinary token sale will be conducted in 2023, after such registration. Until then, the undistributed profit of the platform will be accumulated on a separate Ethereum address and will be distributed within 2 weeks after the end of the main round of the 1xBinary token sale.

The total supply of 1xBinary tokens is 10,000,000 tokens. This number of tokens will remain constant. The start date of the main round of 1xBinary tokens sale will be announced in advance, not later than 30 days before the start.
